Covid 19 Policy

     With the emergence of Covid-19, we have all seen changes across the landscape of the food service industry. Here, we will outline Dreamwod Events and Catering’s policies and procedures regarding our provided services. Please keep in mind, these protocols and procedures are subject to change in accordance with Maine State Law. 

     In accordance with current Maine CDC guidelines, given proper social distancing can be maintained, all events indoors must be limited to 50 people, with outdoor events allowing up to 100. Our top priority is the safety of our staff and your guests and we ask anyone wishing to utilize Dreamwood Events and Catering for their event needs to adhere to the following guidelines:

· Guests when indoors, unless seated and/or drinking and eating, wear a mask or cloth face covering over their nose and mouth (with the exception of children aged 2 years and younger and those with health problems preventing them from wearing a face covering).

· Guests maintain a distance of 6 foot or greater from one another apart from those who reside in a household together. 

· Encourage attendees to remain home if they are not feeling well.

· Encourage attendees to take their temperature before attending your event. 

     As for our team, we will also be taking the utmost care in assuring our staff engages in safe behavior. As such, all staff employed by Dreamwood Events and Catering will be required to engage in the following procedures:

· Staff temperature checks before beginning work. 

· Contactless payment options (where applicable)

· Wearing a face covering that covers both their nose and mouth at all times- including but not limited to the food preparation process. 

· Engaging in frequent handwashing. 

· Sanitizing high touch areas.

· Wearing and changing gloves frequently- including but not limited to the food preparation process.

· Proper sanitation of all equipment in between events. 

· Sanitation of all company vehicles between events. 

     Not only do we offer the above services for those who chose for us to stay at events, we also offer a minimal contact delivery of meals. Should you choose this option, our staff would request specific details of where you would like your catered meal delivered. Once received, we would simply “drop and go” for your convenience. Even when providing this service, the above outlined guidelines for our staff will be followed.
