It all began as we navigated our own dietary needs.... 

Our company was born out of personal and professional experience with specific dietary needs. With a combined 40 years in the food service and event industry, our chefs know the importance for clientele to have options that fit their unique dietary needs.  


On a personal level, our chefs understand the struggle to find quality ingredients and comfort food when one has unique tastes, food sensitivities, allergies, and restrictive diets. As we navigated through the journey of finding great-tasting, high-quality food that was satisfying and healthy; we began creating our own version of traditional comfort foods.
